This we tied to songs or radio stations competing to be number one. How often do we compete to be number one? This can be in a variety of different ways and how often are they truly helpful? Sometimes you can use a comparison to help push you to the goal but it is so easy to let it overtake you; and you end up striving to be the best, just to show how much better you are then someone else.
